Car Dealer sold a damaged new car

I recently purchased a new car from a car dealer that has been damaged and repainted. Is there any legal action I can take?

The CarFax on the car said that there were no issues with the car.

Upon getting the car home my husband began to wax it, and realized that three of the body panels had been replaced. It is very evident that this was done, and there is over-spray on other parts of the car.
